  • 2 Carrots, Peeled
  • 2 parsnips, peeled
  • 1 large kumara, peeled
  • sea salt to sprinkle

Kumara, Parsnip & Carrot Ribbons Directions

  1. Heat a deep fryer with oil to 180°C.
  2. Using a vegetable peeler, cut long strips off the vegetables. Fry quickly in batches, draining well on paper towels. These will crisp up in less than a minute.
  3. Sprinkle with sea salt and serve at room temperature or keep warm in a low oven or warming drawer.

Top
