- 2 Carrots, Peeled
- 2 parsnips, peeled
- 1 large kumara, peeled
- sea salt to sprinkle
Kumara, Parsnip & Carrot Ribbons Directions
- Heat a deep fryer with oil to 180°C.
- Using a vegetable peeler, cut long strips off the vegetables. Fry quickly in batches, draining well on paper towels. These will crisp up in less than a minute.
- Sprinkle with sea salt and serve at room temperature or keep warm in a low oven or warming drawer.
