Figs with Blue Cheese & Honey
A simple dessert idea that always gets raves. This is particularly good if you have some special honey to drizzle over.
Place figs on a bard, stalk upwards. Using a small sharp knife, make a cross cut, almost, but not quite through flesh. Insert a wedge or slice of blue cheese into the cross cut and drizzle with oney.
These can be served cold or warmed in the oven or BBQ with the lid closed.
If serving warm, leave the honey to drizzle after warming
